Custom Items:
All customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review your order details before submitting. This includes:
Correct spelling of names, text, and dates
Design selections, colors, and sizes
Placement and layout of artwork
Once an order is placed, it is processed exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer (including misspellings, incorrect dates, or color selections).
Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom, unused items in their original condition and packaging, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace or correct the item at no additional charge.
Wear & Return Policy:
Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns for items used for events, photoshoots, or short-term wear. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
Color & Image Disclaimer:
Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screens and devices. We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
Rush Orders:
Rush processing is available for orders needed in less than 2 weeks. Additional rush fees apply. Rush orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
