If a package is returned as 'non-deliverable' we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) not including the shipping charge because the shipping charge has been used.
We do not accept refunded cancellations! if you like to cancel an order you will receive store credit in the for of an E-Gift Card. If you purchase multiple items that have 2 different shipping timeframes and or temporarily out of stock, please note that D3 Party Kreations & More, LLC ships all items that are available and ready to ship first and may ship multiple items of your order at different times and you have not been shortened of any item(s).
